Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the date of the your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Imagine triple checks all items shipped for quality and accuracy in filling the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because of local, state and federal regulations, several categories of merchandise may not be returned:

1. Bath & Body products
2. Intimate apparel
3. Food and candy products,
4. Plush, ie, stuffed animals, etc.

To complete your return or exchange, we require that a receipt or proof of purchase be included with all returns with your name, billing, and ship to address.

Refund or Exchange (if approved):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with notification that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status.


If a refund/exchange is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will make every effort to accommodate you. Most often, we will contact you by phone for a cc number to pay for the shipping cost,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is determined to be the fault of Imagine Gift Stores.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The US Postal Service is recommended. We don’t guarantee receipt.
