Stefano Vintage Cloisonne. New in factory wrapper, circa 1990. New vintage cloisonne earrings are increasing in value and are considered a collectible. Handmade flat finish cloisonne has not been made for over 25 years due to a lack of skilled artisans. Stefano International was the largest designer/manufacturer of cloisonne earrings with headquarters in Taiwan and California.  Stefano was a sister company of Imagine.
