The quirky, nostalgic novelty shop that started up in the beginning of November celebrates its grand opening Jan. 15 to 23 at 12022 U.S. 41 N., between Immokalee Road and Wiggins Pass.
“We’re going to have food and beverages, including wine, prizes, gift certificates and raffles,” said owner Emily Calandrelli, who teamed up with her husband, Gene Oberhauser, to purchase the 6,200-square-foot, freestanding building that houses everything from jewelry, soaps and housewares to toys, children’s clothing and nostalgic candy.
